We are honored and delighted to welcome you to the 9th International Conference on Management Sciences, ICOMS 2022. The theme for this year’s conference is The Sustainable Business Model In The Era of Digital Transformation. Scopes for this conference are Marketing Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Operation Management, and Entrepreneurship.
THEME OF IComs 2023
“sustainable business model in the era of digital transformation”
Agricultural activities have been reported to contribute the carbon footprints up to 23% and considered as one of the highest contributors to the climate crisis. Mitigating this situation, farming practices are recommended to be adjusted into a concept of regenerative agriculture or so-called as climate smart farming. This concept is focused on the restoration of soil conditions (chemical and biological properties) to promote the soil capacity in sequestering carbon, thus directly contributes to the mitigation of climate change. Considering the importance of this issue, the 5th ICoSA 2022 come up with the theme of New Paths to Sustainability and Climate-Smart Agriculture to provide a scientific forum that facilitate a mutual exchange of insights and discussion as well as prospective collaboration from highly diverse background.

Publication Opportunities
Post Conference Publication
This conference will facilitate post-conference publication on three different choice of platforms.
- Quality access to success (Q3)
- Jurnal manajemen bisnis (S2)
- Advances in economics, business, and management research (Atlantis Press)
All submitted papers will be carefully reviewed through a double-blind method to determine their qualification to be published in one of those three option of platforms. The processing of the submitted papers for this post-conference publication will be managed by a scientific committee, consisting of the editorial board and peer reviewers selected from various institutions from different countries and related expertise from our scopes. Participants will be charged based on the recommendation given by the scientific committees alongside the participant’s agreement.
Payment of article processing will be informed once the final notification of the publication platform is released.
Scopes
This conference focuses on the dissemination of recent studies related to the implementation of sustainable management from five major aspects, namely Operation Management, Finance Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship. All papers submitted at this conference are strongly encouraged to imply the impact of its studies on sustainable business models in the era of digital transformation.
